We were unaware of the hail dmg until they pointed it out.
I am also considering the option of buying the parts myself and switching them BUT i would like to know why we should pay 2 excess fees for 2 separate events if they're deciding to lump the dmg into one category???
Eg... if i had claimed and fixed the hail dmg a month ago, then had the accident today and claimed again... there would be no write off. 2 separate incidents... do you see my point?
