I'd have used a TE72/AE71 master cylinder (wait, I did lol).

Shocked There is a depression in the firewall the shape and size of the TE72 master cylinder flange, just not drilled from factory as KE70 is cable clutch. My AE71 pedal box had a hole drilled through it, where a pin could be inserted through a two-pronged bracket on the master cylinder pushrod and through the clutch pedal sandwiched between.

Shocked There's no return to the master cylinder, the second port is for the bleed valve noob! lol
