It depends on how well its tuned and put together, as these engines are very old now and the performce is very much a factor of who owns them and has done the work. Both are said to be 115hp. (The 4A-GE is also said to be 115hp, but the 2TG has a bit less and the 4A-GE a bit more). In peak tune, I would expect sidedrafts to give more peak power, as they would probably flow a bit better than a single throttle, not much different. EFI is much more driveable and may give better torque from low down. If you do everything right, its not hard to get sidedraft to run almost as well, and they sound better.
