JMS told me that that was the arrangement with them however they did send the ECU when I specifically requested that they hold it until I had everything installed. But that didn't seem to matter ... it took me 3 months to get around to installing it and even then, they honoured the warranty. Still, I believe that they 'knew' something was wrong with the engine. At any rate, if the engine does not work, you will still be covered by an implied warranty under the Sale of Goods Act (SA) that the goods be in a fit condition for the purpose they are to be used for. I'll still call Richard or Ben though at JMS and advise them that those parts are missing. Good luck! [Report message to a moderator]
