Usually the point of immob is deactivated when using external relays by earthing one side of the relay and allowing flow through the relay powering your ignition etc. The reason why yours stopped could be bad connections on your relays, bad connections at your alarm control unit. Ifs its a intergrated alarm with internal relays then the actual board of the alarm could be faulty. Check all your earths and connections first before paying somebody a lot of money. Ifs theres a prob on your alarm board then it might be repairable but thats a bit more complicated to diagnose. Good luck mate.
