Thanks mateys Very Happy I thought people from downunder would have seen a few of these. can you imagine how new yorkers reacted when I drive it in for autox events Evil or Very Mad It has been great owning this 150HP street car, its been winning a lot of smiles hehe - and races eventhough the car has been weighed down (1920 lbs) to meet the StreetModified2 class. but the course designs these days are getting faster and I want to stay NA so a new toyota powerplant i hope is in the near future. the overall design has been inspired by many pictures and people from the NZ toyota and club4AG but most of all its been a dream come true since i drool over starlets since I was a teenager in the Philippines. but generally, its the product of my boredom and frustration Confused BTW, most of the work has been done on the street/treeshades of newark NJ Wink
one real funny thing about owning this car is street-racing ... I dont need to do it anymore. A while ago when I owned a suped up AWD/turbo people always provoke me to race them on the freeways but these days they just drive along and give me the thumbs up thinking the starlet MUST have a crazy engine. hehe thats a good thing because its really not very fast especially on 16" wheels and about 300lbs of racing gear - and oh the aerodynamics! anyway, here are some results from recent races

see the lists at the bottom for fastest times
