Many thanks for the input.
I also approached the foreman of the workshop at local Toyo dealership. He recommended to not bother with reshimming the differential carrier bearing, as he said nearly all of them are sloppy and it makes no difference to their operation.
So it will stay as it is since the man said its quite acceptable!!
Hope this is helpful to a Camry owner someplace or other.
