Do i need a new clutch or what? (3sgte ST162)

I got a front mount put on a few weeks ago and now i think my clutch is slipping from the extra power. If i plant it in second it seems to go through the revs fairly quickly but the car doesn't get much faster until i back off a little. It seems to accelerate faster if i don't put pedal to the metal.
So i'm assuming my clutch is worn out and i need a new/more heavy duty one.
I've got maybe 140fwkw so should i just replace the stock st185 clutch or get something a bit more heavy duty. If so where from, how much $ etc.?
