The electronic ignition is from another car, while in that car it worked fine. You have put the electronic ignition into a different car (Corona) but haven't yet tested it. After talking with your Auto electrician, he/she has told you that you need to re-wire the Corona for the electronic ignition. Is this correct? Other than any wiring between the distributor and the ignition module (is the module integrated into the distributor?) and the wiring to the coil the only thing you need to do is pick up the positive feed from the exisiting ignition circuit. Obviously without the ballast resistor in series. [Report message to a moderator]
