I put Corona XT130 lower control arms on the KE70 (around 2 degrees neg camber) and the KE70 tie rods came out far enough, with a fair bit left too. I don't know how much longer the sigma control arms would put it out, but I'd assume the sprinter tie rods should be long enough...
