i take it you are enginering the rims then?
what does KE30 weigh? you may be limited by law to 7" rims.
i can only go 6" on the KE1X
dish... now thats a stoopid reason to run wide tyres.. you know this fad will blow over 
meh, 20V is still just a 1.6NA  no more torque than a 16V, and not that much mroe torque than a built 4K
