GX81 Digital Dash

Working on a GX81 MarkII, the digital dash doesn't light up.
The indicators work, as do the warning lights, but PRND21, speedo, tacho, temp, fuel do not.
According to this diagram,

Connector A is the main one.
I have power from GUAGE fuse, no power from ST fuse (don't even know what ST fuse is  ), I have power from DOME fuse, and both grounds work.
Can you blow a dash?
Anyone got a spare in Perth I can test with?
