Thanks. considering they test ur headlights when they do a roadworthy/blue/pink slip and anything on a registered car that would cause it to fail one of these certificates is considered a defect...id say u'd get 3 blocks before ur driving home with a defect notice and a points loss [Report message to a moderator]
