The problem is that 70's celicas are still too easy to find. If you search on car sales websites or even here on toymods, 70's celicas are still too thick on the ground for their own good (well price wise anyway). Give it a few more years and the price of 1st gen celicas will go up in value somewhat...well after all the rust buckets and ones stored in peoples backyards are turned into colourbond fences.
