Hi, Ahhhh... you could be right with those USA spec fucking awful pieces of shit they call bumber bars, with the big ugly rubber bits stuck onto them. I s'pose that's why just about every person in the USA who owns an old Celica is always on the look out for chrome smiley bumpers to replace the ugly crap they're got. I think there was a TA28.
