Youngy Forums Junkie Location: Eskilstuna, Sweden Registered: May 2002	Re: aftermarket seats legalities Mon, 10 February 2003 23:49 This was all I could find quickly (It's for NSW, but SA won't be too different I would think) http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/registration/downloads/v si06.pdf Have a look at page 7, it only says this: Owners should ensure that the seat and its anchorages comply with any applicable ADR requirements (possibly by certification from the seat manufacturer or by an engineering signatory) and the appropriate seat belts are fitted to all seating positions. So I would look for ADR compliance from the Seat maker [Report message to a moderator]
