Its also wise to keep in mind the capacity of your motor, what power level your chasing and wat style of driving you want out of the car, (i.e you aint gonna have a 8 sec 1/4 mile car to be a quick traffic light dragger) in my opinion there is no point to having a car that can do nothing but spool late spin wheels or just bog down. Power being one thing but drivability is the keep to a quick car and at the expense of a little drivability is the only way you will acheive more power, it all just depends on how far up the scale you think that its nessesary to take.
