My front bar has gotten a bit beaten up over the last few years so I decided to give it a face lift and rebuild.
Did all of the work myself at my uncle's motorcycle repair shop.
Had to start off with removing the paint so the resin would stick to the original fibre glass, and then fill all the cracks and large damaged areas from behind.
Then I had to sand all the re-fibre glassed areas until smooth and fill any small holes and imperfections with bog.
 
After everything had been sanded back again we could get down to the business end prime it for painting.
The next picture is of her shiny new coat of paint....
And finally just to give it a bit of individualism we added these little silver details which match the side skirts.....
