The lexus AFM is a straight swap even the electrics or if you desire you can swap the 7M AFM electrics across to the Lex AFM.
Now there a direct swap physically but dont think you can use the AFM without supporting mods like the 550cc Injectors etc

Yeah i know that part, i guess i'm worried about the car running too lean once i install everything. Is a rising rate FPR required for this mod, or can you get away with not using one?
