the chassis are the same, and therefor the suspension will fit, i think the struts are a little different and ppl run sprinter front struts or is it just the strut top thats different?, but yeah the front struts i hear are a direct bolt up, and yeah the springs and shocks for a sprinter both front and rear will fit, for the front im not sure if it will fit without running sprinter strut's but its worth your while doing that so u can get all the other adjustable goodies, rca's, camber tops, control arms and the rest that suit a sprinter, the steering racks are identical also i think. hope this helped.
