Yeah, exhaust too.

Heat shielding on your motor is notorious for wearing out & making vibrations... The holes in the manifold for the heat shield bolts go a mm or so from all the way through to where the gases flow. They blow/wear through from the inside and cause an exhaust leak or a lot of vibration.
