These diffs are around $150 complete from the wreckers anyway. I have a spare I picked up from Rex for $50 complete with disks, arms, sway bar etc for when the axels go. If I could find a H190 LSD I would buy it straight away but I have about as much chance of finding one as I do finding gold at the end of a rainbow. They usualy sell for around $800-$1500 when they do pop up I might look at an IRS conversion or chopping something down in the future.
