how reasonable a rate are we talking?

there a lot of little leccy pumps that self-regulate, but flow can't be huge i don't think..

if you are talkin as a decent lift pump, it might pay to look toward the TBI pumps.. they are only designed to provide 15psi, but with big V8 fuel consumption...

as for regulating, you can get fuel pressure regs for carby, TBI and MPI that are all pressure referenced for boost...

in the states they have heaps of MPI crap.. and aftermarket also.. what scheme did you have in mind?
