1) Does the level in the radiator actually drop?
2) Is water getting onto the leads somehow and running down into the spark plug wells? How are your leads?
It's not like any water hoses run anywhere near where they'd leak water into the spark plug wells from above... and I can't really see water galeries leaking into the spark plug wells without you knowing something was majorly wrong!
