The RA63-0000023 was a July '81 build. But it probably wasn't exported to Argentina until '82. As for the motor change (carby vs efi), you'll find thats market specific. IIRC, there are some MX83's, or RX81's as they actually are, in Cuba, with 21R-C's [Report message to a moderator]
