I realized that and dont consider the date a problem. I am a moderator myself on another forum and there we encourage to do this (use old topics).
Thanks for the info on the o-rings. I was in the doubt, mainly, on the o-ring material. I know that on drag racing in the USA it is a common practice to use o-ring for cylinder head sealing (only o-ring, not gasket at all). Generally these o-ring are little metal tubes filled with Sodium, for example. They leak pressure at low temperatures, but in normal codition they seal just fine.
