KE70 has 4 link rear end, KE55 has leaves. both brakes are 218mm diameter but KE70 is 12.5mm thick, and most (but not all) KE55 are 10mm thick. there are two types of calipers, one has squarish pad (aussie type), one has long this pad (SEA type.. south east asia) and i believe is on imported models..
