Lol the car aint running yet, i need a fuel pump that runs before i can crank the engine over  .
But yeah as mentioned above, one of the triggers for the open circuit is the starter motor, but only EXACTLY 1v is getting through when i crank the starter. I'm not talking 1.02 or something, im talking 1.00000Volts... Kinda makes it seem like its meant to do that?
