No, I aready done one... emissions and engineers on the emissions.

This has been Binned, the car only has to meet the emission standards for what is relevantly required and deemed as an acceptable level for that age of car. It is worked out that cars built/sold from say '86-92 has to acheive under "X" in CO2, "Y" in NO2... blah blah and car Built/Sold from '92-99 to acheive under "X+%" in CO2, "Y+%" in NO2.... This is a much better system! and I think the RTA has table on the web, If not Penrith RTA will be able to help as they did my car.
