Yeh 5sp manual.

Yeh it doesn't free rev, it delivers power.
What I'm getting at is when you sit at 100 km/h in top gear in any car, usually the revs will sit aroung 2000 to 2500.
This is because its the biggest gear, no torque is needed and the engine is spinning under little load.

What my car does is seem to rev extremely high, at like 3000 at 100 km/h, and then if you accelerate to 110 km/h the revs will rise to about 3500.

Surely this can't be normal.
Its revving alot harder than it should be.
