Well you have already found the problem, no power to the idle control motor. You just have to use your multimeter and backtrack through the harness to the computer to see where the problem is.

Or if you choose not to use the idle control thing anymore, you can just idle up the motor screwing the 4 screws, one in each throttle body. You use a flat screwdriver, turn each one the same amount. If you fiddle with the AFM, you are only adjusting fuel mixture so don't touch that.
