Do a search, general Auto -> Manual stuff is generic.
To be honest, unless you have a parts car, or access to the parts you will need (you will find the parts you need when u search  ), it won't be worth it.
In my opinion if the car was released as manual and are easy to find in manual, it is better to sell your car (unless in fantastic nick) and buy a manual version.
ps, yep I've done an auto-> manual conversion (on a car not released in this country as manual).
