Go in person to the cop shop. make sure your shit is together (ie: your mate's address, old dude's address, dates & times, all that). have pics of the damage if you can. despite the 2 incidents, the cops will probably want to sit on it till something else happens (otherwise they're acting on the word of a 20yo with no proof). if you have a mate with a digicam who can video it next time he comes over, that would be ideal i just went and came back. The cop didn't even take a report. ALl he did was check with his sargent who is in charge of neighbourhood watch about this old man and his credentials. He once chased this girl driving off coz she was talking to her friends nearby for a short while (about 4 blocks on the other side of the street to this old man) However the cop mentioned he will check it out etc.. but i reckon as soon as i left he'd go in and have a laugh with his mates because end of the day it's a 20 year old asian guy's word against a 70 year old white guy... and it's true.. chinaboy... bahh.. i can't believe racist bastards still exist today. He's 70.. and it's the 21st century for crying out loud. i have to give him credit for being a violent 70 year old... how often do you see people that old yelling profanities, harassing and assaulting others?
