okay best way a lil dodgy but i think good enough, grab sum 600 paper rub back evenly and not too hard you dun need to spent a shit load of time rubbing it back, go down to your local paint shop grab sum plastic primer get it in grey if possible once youv applied the undercoat plastic primer then agan rub it back with 800 wet sandpaper rel lightly dont spend so much time rubbing it back then..., grab yourself sum 2pac white (1 litre), before applying paint on, stick bar outside in sun for a while till it heats up a lil then away you go with the spraying of the paint ensuring your in a wind free place so youi dont get dust sticking on the shit!
