Mon, 17 October 2005 14:31 okay.. i've spoken to the cops.. and i'm keeping a log of what's happened. everytime i go back there and something happens i'll record it down.. and i won't go so far as to get an AVO yet. However this old man has stepped outside his boundaries by telling me what to do with my car and calling me a chinaboy. 1st thing i've done is to report it to the police. Now i'm making flyers to distribute to everyone living on that street (it's not a big street. there's a silver supra with 5 inch tip 3 times louder than mine living 3 blocks down and a skyline , same shit, 5 blocks down.) to warn them of this old man and what he's done and list down a few things he's done already.. Then i will go right ahead to visit my mate whenever. The AVO will be a last resort, but if he confronts me again i'll call the police. It's true that i won't fight with him or have any arguments, not with a 70 year old aussie guy. I'll go through this the right way (after thinking about 100 ways to get back at him). He can do what he wants but i will not stoop to his level. Even the cops have said that this man has too much time on his hands. Also he comes on people's property in the wee hours of the morning and just bangs really hard on the door, to tell them their rubbish bin is overfilled etc.. WTF?? Cops are powerless unless he's hit me or i have sustained injury, or at least there are witnesses to what he does i.e. damage to property etc... and i hope it doesn't come to that. Thing is i'm not scared or intimidated by him and i give him credit for his violence and all. IN all the confrontations he's never shown me any respect and always shouted and yelled so i can't clearly understand anything he says. [Report message to a moderator]
