This is the main reason why it's of no use: "the reason why a BOV is of no use on a 4agze is that the s/c is in a vacum as it's placed after the TB, so there is no pressure to bleed off when the throttle is closed like on a turbo set-up. so a BOV will suck air in when the TB is closed on a 4agze. the s/c doesnt disengage directly when the TB is closed either, the ECU actualy leaves it on a little after the TB is first closed" So all it's gonna do is suckshit into the engine...
