Elfunc is right,

the 3tgteu reluctor has 4 points the standard setup simple runs a duel channel moduel to fire the two coils, simmilar to a CA20 setup except dwell control to some extent and the second module droups out after something like 4000rpm. Runing a single chanel module will work no worries, the 3tgteu computers ignition pick up is essentially just connecting to one coil so no worries there. I think your setup will work find, may need a little bit of buggering to get the A/F right but with the correct size injectors and a twiddle of the air flow meter you will be right. But make sure you hook up the pressure switch.
