Can you give a little more detail about the hilux diff? Does it come with drum or disk brakes? Is it 5 or 6 stud or has it been modified to stock 4 x 114.3? Does it come with an LSD centre? Any chance of a lower final gearing (3.9 or lower)? When you say modified, do you mean just the sway/link bar mounts have been cut/rewelded on or have the axles also been shortened to the correct width?
I currently have a disk brake T-series with a TRD 2 way centre. I suspect it's the Kouki kind with the larger axles (according to my build plate) but would have to take it out and measure the diameter to be sure.
Eddie.
