If your only going to setup the front then you can only go with 4 inch speakers which suit your st162, you wont really need an amp. Trust me you will never be happy with this. Add an amp for JL 6x9 for a little bass(cant fit in the rear holes though, gotta use that boot cover) or better yet a sub (when looking for a sub at any price look for a larger rubber seal around the speaker, i tested it with a mate small rubber vs thick and they seem to provide better bass) . Your system will only be as good as the amp thats running it.
