"sumfin ova" 120hp at the wheels is what, about 90 kw? What configuation are you using to get this power?
Sure, you can use an MT4 with the existing distributor to control fuel. I was planning to do this until I got my hands on a set of 44PHH carbs.
If your budget is 2000 for injection, consider a set of throttle bodies too. They're about $1200 though, so may not fall within the budget if you need someone to install the computer etc. for you also.
