Hey, I have to get rid of my red 1986 twin cam corolla as I am going to uni in bendigo in a week to do a course that takes up most of my spare time (outdoor ed) when I could otherwise work to support my car habit. I am also told that as I am living on campus, I won't be needing a car, ha-fools!
The car is pretty well stock, and was last roadworthied when I bought it in October (still have cert.)- so it shouldn't be far off! It may need 1 or 2 new tyres, a new headlight lense and tightening of the handbrake. The body, interior, and engine are all good (though the engine is just about due for a tune), the air conditioning was regassed a month ago and it has 196,000 kms on the clock. I've been told it may need something done to the Power steering rack soon. It's great to drive (good for showing up lancers)and I'm sorry to have to get rid of it (especially as I've barely gotten used to it!). have a towbar for it too.
