1GGTE would be the plum choice. Please do a search when you look through Toymods - this conversion has actually been discussed about 11ty billion times. Type "RA65" and "1GGTE" into the SEARCH function - it might even work.

I see you just couldn't be bothered making the effort. No doubt you'd prefer to be spoon-fed. 
If you can't even do some basic research, what makes you think you'll be able to pull off a major project like an engine conversion?
