I think that the GZE has a higher reliable power rating at 165hp...meaning, everyone that has put a GZE in their Corolla has gotten close to this power figure at the wheels. Plus with just a pulley you can up the boost to 14psi and acheive likely 180hp.
The 20V on the other hand, has consistantly put out lower power figures at around 155hp... Also the Torque that comes on early in the power curve from the GZE would more than make up for and HP difference between the two.
I'd say go with the GZE: Easier, faster, cooler, just plain sweet!
