yeh, i had a choice between 2" and 2.25" mandril..i chose the 2.25" only cos later i was planning a GZE conversion.. the diference if any will be noise..performance will not increase or decrease either way..you'll notice a marked imporvment in top end power if you get some decent 4-1's.. but the rest pretty much stays the same..
