Probably wouldn reccomend putting coolant through your cylinders...
Injectors will not rust very quickly using a water / methylated spirit (ethanol) mix.
Besides the fact that you can walk into any wreckers pull an injector off a old barina and the guy at the desk will probably tell you to take it to save him the work it takes to charge you $5 for it.
