I am after a standard manual rwd late 70s/early 80's corrolla as a second car to give me more time to work on my MA61 and to teach my brother to drive in
around 3-6months rego would be ideal but my main problem is location. I am in Bega which is about 1/2 way between sydney and melb (5-6 hours drive to either) And Due to work commitments am unable to do much else at all from monday to friday.
When I say cheap I mean reasonable not $200 like some other people seem to expect to pay. I would be prepared to pay up to around $900 for a car in good condition plus whatever rego it has, the price would obviously be reduced for things like illegal tyres or just general poor condition.
Most KE's ive seen I reckon would be worth about $500-$600 plus whatever rego (to me). This would be for typical cars with some rust and cracked dash etc.
If I am way off with all this feel free to put me in my place but otherwise I would appreciate any offers of cars.
