Fri, 21 February 2003 01:55 No you can't register it coz the insurance company will take your car to try and recover some of the loss. You will be paid whatever they decide your car is worth. If you want your car back from them, you can purchase it at the auctions, Or you could just tell em to get stuffed and pay for the fix yourself. Sometimes, if your luck they will bend the rules (very rare). not trying to be an arsehole. Unfortunate facts I used to work in insurance, but the rules could have changed.
