Fri, 21 February 2003 02:10 thanks Pete, i just got off the phone with the guy who assesed my car and he reckons he didnt say anything about writing it off, the smash repairer (whom my family knows well) either has its wires crossed or they are playing silly buggers. none-the-less i will wait for the insurance company to get back to me interesting what you say soaringmik, both the assessor and the smash repairer said that if it was a write off that i would be able to keep my car.
