Editorial comments do not constitute a feature article. Feature articles are a distinctive part of a publication and are the central topic which usually appears advertised on the front cover.
Why would a car that nobody can import, feature in an import magazine?
Pretty hard to do an article on one if nobody has one, or am I missing something?
