Steel calipers, or Aluminium?. Chrome, will not direct plate to aluminium alloy. Will require a "flash coat" of copper, then chrome will adhere.
You will have to strip the calipers down totally, before giving them to a plate shop.
You brake machinist will hate you, and charge you a fortune, if the chome plater does not plug the piston hole, bleed hole, and brake line hole. Chrome is very hard, and stuffs their cutting tools very quickly.
Any plate shop from the Yellow Pages should be able to do the plating job. Just check their work quality, before you go ahead with them.
